Order Processing Time
Generally, orders will typically ship within 2-7 business (Neon Sign) and 10-15 business days (3D Sign) from the customer’s order date on average (applied for all orders in US).
During peak season or high demand, items and custom monogram orders may take up more days. Please inform us if you have a latest in-hand date for the package.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
LumenLegend make it a priority that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. To ensure the items are received in a timely manner, we ship every item through air to the destination country. Through multiple shipping partners we are able to offer delivery of your new decor no matter where you are on the planet!
The delivery times per region are represented by the following table:

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Also, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.
Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact the LumenLegend Support Team and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Fee For Package Returned
We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged items at no cost to you. We do not reimburse shipping charges for other cases. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.
Tax/ Custom Duty Fee
LumenLegend does not collect any Tax/ Custom Duty Fee; You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Shipment Tracking
